8. RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may return the product(s) within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. In order for the product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product(s) were purchased in the last 30 days
- The product(s) and packaging must be returned in new, and undamaged condition
Returns for refund will be subject to a 18% restocking fee. The user needs to be responsible for shipping costs for returned product(s) to ECTherm. After the product(s) are received and inspected, ECTherm will issue the refund (less the restocking fee) using original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for product(s) purchased from a third party retail/online store. This offer applies only for the purchases from www.ectherm.com.
